It’s all the times you had to figure things out on the fly when the rule book didn’t help. The times you innovated or handled tricky situations. That’s wisdom you can’t learn from a textbook.
The challenge isn’t whether you have something valuable—you do. The real question is: how do you package it so someone else can pick it up and run with it?
