Turn Expertise Into Income
Stepping back from full-time work doesn't mean putting decades of expertise on a shelf. Consulting, coaching, community-building, fractional executive work. There are more paths than most people realize, and the right one depends entirely on what you actually know and who still needs it.
But the real question isn't which path sounds appealing. It's which one holds up financially. Social Security timing, tax exposure, Medicare thresholds, the actual income math behind whatever comes next: that takes real analysis, not motivation.
Before you decide what to build, it helps to know exactly where your expertise carries the most value. That's the starting point.
